Five Easy Steps to Schedule Your Recording Session
These steps serve to streamline the process and hopefully eliminate any confusion.

Step One: Download the latest Recording Brochure
Schools and competitions no longer require CDs and DVDs. Consequently, we have dropped these options from our services. All files are uploaded to a personal Dropbox folder with your personal link. Your video recordings can be accessed for 6 months fter the recording session. Please download both brochures for all the options BPC Recording has available.Experience dictates you should anticipate all the options for upcoming uses for your project. For example, it could be that a college audition in December only requires an audio file, but a competition in February requires a video. In this situation, it may be best to order the video option so all your recording needs are accomplished in one recording session. It is possible to order a separate audio track of your performances.
Step Two: Select a Recording Package
Our goal is to make everyone sound their very best at a reasonable cost.
Students and Teachers receive a substantial discounted price structure.
Step Three: Contact Us to Set Up A Recording Date and Time
PLEASE NOTE: Our recording schedule fills up quickly at certain times of the year. Availability is primarily on weekends and some weekdays. Expect a MINIMUM of a two-week turn around for ANY recording project. It is not possible to leave with a completed project the same day of the recording session.

Step Four: Complete the BPC Recording Agreement to Secure the the Session DATE & TIME with a Deposit
a) Complete and submit the BPC Recording Agreement online.
b) The Agreement must be received no later than two weeks prior to your scheduled recording session in addition to the 50% non-refundable deposit (ZellePay is preferred via our bpcrecording@tx.rr.com email address. Cash or a check made out to Dr. Steven Hall is also possible).
c) Failure to meet these requirements may result in your recording date/time being forfeited, or all recording project fees default to the per-hour recording rate rather than the packages offered.
Step Five: Confirmation
Once we receive your completed recording agreement and deposit you will receive an official confirmation of the recording session date and time. We look forward to working with you at your scheduled session time.
